Return Eligibility
A return request is eligible if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- An incorrect item has been delivered
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or videos.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Customized or special-order jewelry
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Payment Gateway Compliance
Refunds are processed only through the same payment gateway used for the purchase, in compliance with gateway regulations.
